Hey y’all! I’m Alexandria Carlton, the owner of Carlton & Co. Boutique. When I’m not working behind the scenes here, I’m a full-time 4th grade teacher, a wife, and mama to my three favorite people — Kendall (10), Beau (7), and Brooks (3).

My love for the boutique world started way back in 2011, when I opened my very first boutique while I was still in college. What began as a small dream quickly became something I truly loved, and over the last 14+ years, this journey has grown right alongside me through different seasons of life, motherhood, teaching, and business.

Carlton & Co. launched in 2025 as my third adventure in the boutique world — and this one feels extra special. It’s a true family-run, mama-owned small business built from the ground up with a whole lot of hard work, late nights, and love.

Nearly everything happens right here in-house — from designing and buying to packing orders, shipping packages, answering messages, and creating all the content you see on social media. So when you place an order with Carlton & Co., there isn’t a huge company on the other side of the screen. You’re supporting our little family and a dream that has been more than a decade in the making. And I can’t thank you enough for that.
