Shipping & Turnaround Times
At Carlton & Co. Boutique, we work hard to get your goodies packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible! 🤍 Please review our shipping information and turnaround times before placing your order.
FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders over $75 and will be applied automatically at checkout. All other orders ship for a flat $5 shipping fee.
Our standard turnaround time is 10–12 business days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. Many orders ship sooner, but this timeframe allows for processing and any unexpected production or inventory delays.
- Preorder and Made-to-Order Items: These items may have different turnaround times and will be clearly noted within the individual product listing and in the listing title. Please review these details before purchasing - especially on preorder turnaround times as we do not accept any cancellations/ returns once preorders are finalized. If your order contains multiple items with different turnaround times, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready. The longest turnaround time in your order will apply.
- Made to Order items are made in house and have a TAT of 14-16 business days.
- RTS items - (Ready to ship) - Typically ship within 48 hours! These are noted as Ready to ship items and are typically last chance items.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Should we experience any significant delays or changes to expected turnaround times, we’ll communicate updates via email and/or our social media channels. Please make sure you check the email on your order often in case we have questions about your order.
