Return Policy
At Carlton & Co., we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly or there is an issue with your order, we are happy to issue store credit. Please read our return policies below.
All returns are issued as store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date WITH a receipt/proof of purchase (email order confirmation etc.). If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so! If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept returns / exchanges or store credit on the following products:
Subscription Boxes, Swimsuits, or Preorder items
Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable). If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied and you will be responsible for shipping to get the item back. (Smoke free condition, tags attached, no stains or odors!)
