At Carlton & Co. Boutique, we want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase! 🤍 We understand that sometimes an item may not fit quite right or work out as expected, and we’re happy to help. Please review our return policy below before submitting a return.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date and will be issued as store credit only. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, is required.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size and that size is still available, we’re happy to make the exchange! If your preferred size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:
• Swimsuits
• Preorder Items
Return Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, perfume, or other odors
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with all original tags attached, when applicable
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or other use will not be accepted. If a return is denied because it does not meet these requirements, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item back to them.
