Refund & Return Policy

At Carlton & Co., we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly or there is an issue with your order, we are happy to issue store credit. Please read our return policies below.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is received/marked as delivered. After that time frame, we will not approve any exchange / return. 

All returns are issued as store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date WITH a receipt/proof of purchase (email order confirmation etc.). If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so! If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds. Preorders MAY OR MAY NOT be approved for returns. Preorder item returns are approved on a case by case basis and approved according to time frame since the order was placed & the current season of available items. 

We do not accept returns / exchanges or store credit on the following products:

Subscription Boxes, Swimsuits, Athletic wear or PREORDER items 

Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable). If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied and you will be responsible for shipping to get the item back. (Smoke free condition, tags attached, no stains or odors!)

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We are always happy to help!
