Some items may ship faster, but this provides us with a good cushion should any unforeseen production issues arise. Subscription boxes will ship the first week of the month. Any pre-order items will be noted with individual turnaround times on each listing. Tracking and a shipping confirmation will be emailed for every order once items have shipped. All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date WITH a receipt/proof of purchase (email order confirmation etc.). If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so! If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds.
