Carlton & Co. offers free shipping on all orders over $75! All other orders have a flat $5 shipping fee. Our standard turnaround time for all orders is 10-12 business days. Some items may ship faster, but this provides us with a good cushion should any unforeseen production issues arise. Subscription boxes will ship the first week of the month. Any pre-order items will be noted with individual turnaround times on each listing. Tracking and a shipping confirmation will be emailed for every order once items have shipped. At Carlton & Co., we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly or there is an issue with your order, we are happy to issue store credit. Please read our return policies below.
All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date WITH a receipt/proof of purchase (email order confirmation etc.). If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so! If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds.
