Carlton & Co. offers free shipping on all orders over $75! All other orders have a flat $5 shipping fee. Our standard turnaround time for all orders is 10-12 business days. All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date WITH a receipt/proof of purchase (email order confirmation etc.). If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so! If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds.
